This Privacy Notice describes how the ABM Leadership Alliance (“ABMLA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you interact with us online, through events, or through our marketing communications.

1. Who We Are

ABMLA is a strategic thought leadership and community dedicated to advancing the practice of Account-Based Go-to-Market. Built for the entire revenue organization, ABMLA delivers expert-curated research, modernized frameworks, peer-driven insights, a community forum and events to help enterprises implement and scale successful account-based strategies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

– Directly from you: Contact details (name, email, phone), job-related information (title, employer), preferences, registration data for events, and feedback;
– From your device/browser: IP address, browser type, geographic location, usage patterns, and cookies;
– From members and third parties: Company and demographic details, lead information, CRM and campaign performance data, and enriched data insights; and
– Social and online engagement: Content you share or interact with on our digital platforms.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health or financial information).

3. How We Use Your Information

– Managing event registrations and participation, including sharing personal information with event sponsors;
– Sending, and allowing ABMLA members to send, follow-up communications and marketing content;

We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

– Enforce agreements or resolve disputes.

10. Security

Demandbase takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not always secure. Although we do our best to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee its security.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our activities are not directed to individuals under age 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we become aware that data about anyone under age 16 has been collected without proper consent, we will delete it.
